De TestMate In-Line Counter van Schroeder Industries is een in-line vervuilingsdeeltjes teller die informatie over de reinheid in verscheidene formats real-time verzend.
Met de bijgevoegde software verstuurd u de data simpel naar een PC. Alternatieve output omvat PLC's, individuele display units en waarschuwingslampen via trigger points. Deze In-Line Counter is bedoeld voor kritieke systemen, waar een continu monitoring van de vervuiling een must is.
Eigenschappen
- Geschikt voor hydrauliekvloeistoffen, smeerolie en brandstoffen
- Data kan worden verzonden naar verschillende output apparaten om specifieke functies uit te voeren, zoals alarm-lichten of geluid inschakelen, een extra filtratiesysteem activeren of een machine uitschakelen
- De robuuste sensor die in de TIM wordt gebruikt is niet gevoelig voor donkere vloeistoffen, piekdrukken, vibratie of hoge temperaturen. Dezelfde sensor wordt gebruikt in de TestMate Particle Monitor.
- Het kleine formaat betekent simpele installatie
